I’m Jen, also known as Aleluya. I’m a Peruvian American who’s lived in Miami and LA, traveled all over the world, and now split my time working and living in Peru while continuing to explore new corners of the earth. My background blends hospitality, alternative medicine, and a deep dedication to plant medicine work. I was born for this work. All of it.
I’ve moved through immense trauma. Even with all of my experience, I found myself caught in cycles that showed up as disease in my body. This brought me back to myself and revealed even more clearly the importance of mind-body-spirit balance. I know what it’s like to have a nervous system so out of balance that anxiety and depression can feel debilitating.
I’ve spent years learning how to come home to myself — moving through burnout, reinvention, grief, growth, and full-body resets. I know what it feels like to carry a deep knowing that you aren’t yet who you came here to be, and feel stuck in that liminal space. Those spaces are my jam. That’s why I created Guided and Saged. I didn’t just want to heal, I wanted to help others do it too, in ways that actually work.
All of my experiences means I know how to hold you through this process. From understanding what makes you feel safe and seen, to guiding you through profound spiritual work.
